Garlic Lovers Caesar Salad

Is there such a thing as too much garlic? This Caesar Salad recipe is a staple in our house and always a party favourite.

Romaine | chopped + washed
Kale | chopped + washed

{ Dressing }

Mayo | 1 cup
EVOO | 1/4 cup
Dijon Mustard | 1 heaping teaspoon
Worcestershire | 1 heaping teaspoon
Garlic | 2+ (I like it potent so I usually do 3 large cloves)
Lemon Juice | 1/4 of a lemons worth
S+P
| To taste
Parmesan | 1/4 cup (blend in with dressing or add on top of salad)

You can mix in a blender (add the parmesan) or by hand. Add croutons, roasted chickpeas, chicken, tomatoes, whatever tickles your fancy!

If you have a smoker or wood-fired grill, cut a head of romaine in half lengthwise, brush with olive oil and grill until lightly charred then top with dressing! SO GOOD!
