Let your taste buds guide you on a tour of the Mediterranean! Is what I would say if I was trying to sell this. But for realz, this meal has rightfully worked it’s way into our dinner rotation! I don’t really have measurements but a list of ingredients that you can add or take away to your liking.

Flour tortillas
Frozen OR fresh spinach
Sundried tomatoes
Cherry tomatoes
Kalamata olives
Artichoke hearts
Red onion
Mozza
Feta
Fresh dill

We always add chicken to ours, I like to slow cook it in a Greek marinade and shred it!

Bake @ 400°F for approximately 8 minutes. Serve with tzatziki!
